Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Accounts with a zero balance after the dormancy period may be closed without further notice.

Deposits made via eWallet and FPX methods are credited to your wc88 Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations for the relevant blockchain.

wc88 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits or revenue; (c) loss of data; (d) interruption of access to the Platform resulting from scheduled maintenance, cyberattacks, or force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, or telecommunications failures; or (e) the acts or omissions of third-party payment providers.
Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death and personal injury caused by wc88's negligence.
